We are seeking reliable and hard-working HGV Class 2 Drivers to join a busy and established removals team. This position offers a temp-to-perm or permanent opportunity, providing long-term stability for the right candidate. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality removal services, ensuring goods are transported safely, securely, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle in accordance with road transport legislation. * Assist with loading and unloading household or commercial goods as part of the removals process. * Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects immediately. * Complete all necessary paperwork, including delivery notes and timesheets. * Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth and timely operations. * Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients on site. * Follow safety procedures to protect yourself, your team, and client property. * Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company positively at all times. Requirements * Valid Cat C (HGV Class 2) Licence * Valid CPC Qualification * Valid Digital Tachograph Card * Minimum 6 Months driving Class 2 * Ability to carry out manual handling tasks * Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude * Removals experience is beneficial but not essential What they Offer * Long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity * Competitive salary of £38,500 per annum * Monday–Friday working pattern * Enhanced overtime rates * Minimum 8 hours paid per day * Supportive team and full training where required
