About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Debriefing Officer to join our clients team. This role is essential in ensuring our delivery operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for briefing and debriefing drivers, conducting basic vehicle checks, and accurately inputting delivery data into the company system.

Key Responsibilities

• Brief drivers before routes and debrief them upon return
• Perform pre-departure and end-of-shift vehicle checks
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately
• Input delivery information and driver data into the company system
• Communicate any issues or discrepancies to management
• Support smooth daily logistics operations

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic IT/data entry skills
• Previous logistics or transport experience is advantageous but not essential
• Must be available for immediate start

• Monday-Friday fixed hours
• Working times: 12h00 to 20h30 (no weekends)
