Are you a passionate and reliable Child Support Worker looking for flexible temporary shifts in residential settings?

We are seeking experienced and committed professionals to provide temp shift cover in childrens homes, supporting young people to feel safe, valued, and empowered.

What Were Looking For:

?? Experience working in childrens residential care
?? Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
?? Confidence supporting young people with EBD and complex needs
?? Ability to manage challenging behaviour positively
?? Strong communication and report-writing skills
?? Up-to-date training & Enhanced DBS (preferred)
?? Flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts

Your Role Will Include:
