Our Home Delivery Drivers are ambassadors for our client's business. In this role, you’ll be delivering grocery shopping directly to customers’ doors, providing exceptional levels of customer service and representing Iceland as the friendly face our customers rely on. Shifts are ad hoc and may be offered at short notice, so flexibility and reliability are key. Key Responsibilities * Deliver customer shopping safely and efficiently to residential addresses * Provide outstanding customer service at every doorstep * Represent the business in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner * Follow all road safety, company, and compliance requirements * Manage time effectively while juggling a varied and sometimes hectic workload * Handle daily driving challenges calmly and professionally Driver Requirements * Basic DBS or willingness to obtain one * No age restriction, provided relevant driving experience is held * Full UK driving licence: * Held for a minimum of 3 years, or * Held for at least 2 years with a minimum of 6 months’ driving experience No more than 6 penalty points.
