The role is based in the UK (hybrid, must be able to commute to Cuffley reliably) with a salary of £20,000 - £25,000 plus a development budget. This is a full-time position.
About Us: We’re scaling 1FIT, a health and fitness SaaS platform used by over 100,000 people. Our mission is to empower personal trainers and online coaches to run and grow their businesses. We’re moving fast and are looking for a highly organised, proactive graduate to join us as an Operations Assistant.
Role Description: This is not a typical grad role. You’ll work directly with the founders and get exposure to every part of the business. Think of it as a mix of operations, PA support, and general problem solving. We’re looking for someone who wants to get stuck in, learn fast, and play a real role in building a company.
What you will do: No two days will look the same, but your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting day to day operations across the business
- Documenting and improving SOPs and internal processes
- Assisting with marketing and sales admin
- Handling PA style tasks for the founders
- Keeping projects organised and moving forward
- Speaking with clients and team members, maintaining clear and professional communication
- Addressing customer service inquiries in a timely and effective manner
- Jumping in wherever extra hands are needed
