Company Description: We’re 1FIT, a health and fitness SaaS platform used by over 100,000 people and built to help personal trainers and online coaches run and grow their businesses. We are growing fast and we need someone sharp to help us keep up.

What This Role Actually Is: You will work directly alongside the founders, keeping things organised, unblocking problems before they become problems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Part PA, part ops, part general fixer. The people who thrive in this role are the ones who like knowing what’s going on across the whole business and take quiet satisfaction in making things run smoothly. The role will require you to be in the office 2-3 days a week in Cuffley.

Day to Day, You’ll be:

  • Managing schedules, inboxes, and priorities for the founders
  • Owning internal processes, writing SOPs, spotting inefficiencies, fixing them
  • Supporting day to day operations across the business to keep projects on track
  • Supporting marketing and sales admin as needed
  • Handling customer queries with professionalism and care
  • Managing client onboarding
