Job summary

1env Solutions are seeking an Entry Level Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. You will be tasked with designing a range of personalised items, as envisioned by our customers. You will also assist with producing a range of design assets for marketing purposes, including photography and videography.

Job responsibilities

  • Provide an in-house branded product service for our customers, taking their design ideas from conception to production.
  • Manage personalisation requests from your email inbox.
  • Speak with customers via email or phone call regarding their order.
  • Assist the marketing team with producing photography, including product images and in-situation pictures.
  • Assist the marketing team with producing short and long form videos for social media, exhibitions and more.

Requirements

  • Competent understanding of Adobe Creative suite, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Strong written and communication skills, able to clearly speak via email to both customers and colleagues
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Confidence to speak to customers over the phone
  • Willing learner, keen to take on new skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Previous work experience not required
  • Driver’s license not required
