1env Solutions are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. You will be tasked with designing a range of personalised items, as envisioned by our customers. You will also assist with producing a range of design assets for marketing purposes, including photography and videography.
Job responsibilities- Provide an in‑house branded product service for our customers, taking their design ideas from conception to production.
- Manage personalisation requests from your email inbox.
- Speak with customers via email or phone call regarding their order.
- Assist the marketing team with producing photography, including product images and in‑situation pictures.
- Assist the marketing team with producing short and long form videos for social media, exhibitions and more.
- Competent understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
- Strong written and communication skills, able to clearly speak via email to both customers and colleagues.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Confidence to speak to customers over the phone.
- Willing learner, keen to take on new skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Previous work experience not required.
- Driver’s license not required.
