As a Help Desk Coordinator at 1 Call, you would be responsible for scheduling maintenance work in domestic and commercial premises (shops, pubs, office etc). We are looking for a dynamic person to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued customers and trades operatives.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with the ability to work effectively using their own initiative as well as part of a team.

  • Good communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,396.80

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, On-call rota successful probation period, Flexible holidays
