Donia is a modern Filipino restaurant located on the top floor of Kingly Court, Soho, reinterpreting Filipino flavours through seasonal British ingredients and contemporary culinary techniques.
We are seeking a talented and driven Chef de Partie to lead a designated section of the kitchen and contribute to the continued excellence of our award-winning team.

About the Role
As a Restaurant Manager at Donia, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring high quality service and a smooth dining experience.
You will manage front of house staff, coordinate reservations, monitor inventory, and collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain standards.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee Daily Operations
- Manage restaurant flow and shift transitions.
- Ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Service
- Guarantee customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.
- Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating.
Inventory Management
- Track inventory levels and place orders for supplies.
- Ensure stock is managed effectively and restocked in a timely manner.
Health & Safety
- Implement hygiene and safety protocols.
- Ensure staff adherence to health regulations.
Staff Training & Development
- Recruit, train, and develop staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing staff development.

Skills and Qualifications
- Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene is preferred.
- Proven experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry
