Key Responsibilities- Market Development & Strategy
- Lead country-specific business development strategies and execution plans.
- Analyze market trends, opportunities, risks, regulatory environments, and competitive landscapes.
- Provide insights and intelligence to central strategy teams in London.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, business leaders, investors, NGOs, and diplomatic missions.
- Act as the primary liaison between the consortium and external partners in each assigned country.
- Partnership & Alliances
- Identify, originate and secure strategic partnerships (public and private sector).
- Negotiate MOUs, commercial agreements, and collaboration frameworks.
- Work with internal legal and commercial teams to finalize agreements.
- Representation & Advocacy
- Represent the consortium at international forums, conferences, and bilateral meetings.
- Advocate for consortium objectives and opportunities in target markets.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Provide regular reports to the London office on market status, pipeline development, risks, and achievements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, legal, operations) to implement country-level initiatives.
- Business Growth & Targets
- Drive revenue and growth targets set for each country portfolio.
- Develop business cases and proposals for new engagements and ventures.
