We’re looking for sociable people who are passionate about providing great service and thrive in a fast‑paced food service environment. We have a General Manager position available in a flexible and fast‑paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Writing rotas.
- Working alongside kitchen and bar.
- Organising the staff and events.
- Dealing with customers and complaints.
- Placing orders.
- Keeping the standards of the venue.
- Ensuring the venue is safe and secure.
You will be expected to work 40‑45hrs a week, including weekends, Sundays and bank holidays.
