An internationally prominent UHNW Chairman is seeking an exceptional Senior Private PA to join his established private office in Mayfair.
This is an incredibly high-level and varied position supporting a busy, entrepreneurial principal whose business interests span multiple international markets.
Working closely with the Chairman and his family, alongside a second Private PA and an established Chairman's Office, you will take significant ownership of the principal's private life, ensuring his diary, correspondence, travel, activities and wider personal requirements are managed seamlessly.
This is a fast-paced and demanding environment requiring exceptional judgement, initiative and discretion.
The successful candidate will be highly proactive and confident operating autonomously, with the ability to anticipate requirements, make decisions and bring thoughtful ideas and suggestions to the table rather than simply waiting for instruction.
The principal travels frequently across Europe, the US, Asia and other international destinations, with the Private PAs potentially travelling for approximately one week per month depending on requirements; travel will be split with the other PA.
Flexibility around occasional weekends and short-notice changes is essential, although responsibilities will be shared across the wider PA team.
The core working hours are 7am-7:30pm, with coverage split evenly across the PA team through an early and late shift pattern.
On site presence is required in the Mayfair Family Office Monday - Friday.
