We have a great new opportunity for an experienced Private Chef to work on a part-time basis for a lovely, health-conscious family in Earlswood. The family are seeking someone to assist in preparing fresh and batch cooked meals that they can reheat. The meals should be prepared to a high quality using nutritious high-quality produce. The ideal candidate should be efficient in the way they work and be able to multi-task where appropriate. This would be a contract role starting in August up until January 1st, 2026.

You should know how to cater to dietary requirements, and must be able to follow nutritional plans as well as dietary limitations; ideally being able to substitute items where applicable. The family expect everything to be made from scratch so knowledge of herbs and spice blends is a must. The family eat both vegan, vegetarian and meat dishes and are more than happy for the chef to put their own spin on dishes. Whilst the family are extremely health conscious, they do not require 5* plating and would prefer family friendly wholesome meals. The family do not use microwaves so it would be beneficial for the chef to be able to advise the family on how best to reheat the food within the oven or on the stove.

Working 5-hour shifts over 3 days per week - ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday, the family can be flexible on shifts as long as there is time in between to allow for fresh meals and fresher meal preps. Whilst the chef will not have direct contact with the family dogs, they will be home during shifts so the chef must be confident around nervous dogs.
