We are seeking a dedicated and organised Part-Time Personal Assistant to provide support to a dynamic professional in both her business and private life. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to work in a supportive and friendly family environment and have a positive impact on the principal’s life.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include clearing and organising the principal’s inboxes, scheduling both business and personal appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements. The candidate will also handle phone calls and respond to inquiries as needed. Additionally, household management tasks will involve effectively communicating with the existing household team. Support for the principal’s family will include overseeing the payment of household bills and staff.
To maintain effective communication and prioritise tasks, the Personal Assistant will attend a weekly face-to-face meeting every Monday morning from the principal’s home in Oxford to discuss upcoming responsibilities and goals for the week ahead.
This position offers flexible hours 2-3 days per week that typically align with a 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM schedule, allowing you to manage your workload effectively. You’ll participate in a weekly in-person meeting every Monday morning. While the majority of your work can be completed remotely, providing a great balance between teamwork and independent productivity.
