Job Description
We are working with a highly respected luxury interior design studio with an international presence to find an exceptional Personal Executive Assistant to support both the Founder and Commercial Director. Known for their distinctive aesthetic and vibrant studio culture, the company works on high-profile residential, commercial and hospitality projects across the UK, US and Europe.
\\n
\\nThis is a fast-paced, high-touch support role with a strong blend of business and private responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is polished, proactive, and emotionally intelligent, able to manage shifting priorities and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal teams, clients and external partners.

\\n
\\nThe Founders divide their time between London and the US. When they are in London, this role is office-based, 5 days per week 9 am–6 pm, in their very sociable central London studio. When they are in the US, the working day shifts slightly later and you will have the opportunity to occasionally work remotely, with regular communication across time zones. There will also be travel for meetings, projects, and events, sometimes at short notice; therefore, flexibility is key.

\\n• Full diary and inbox management across multiple time zones
\\n• Acting as first point of contact for all internal and external communication
\\n• Preparing documents, presentations and briefing materials
\\n• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, studio reviews and client appointments
\\n• Managing expenses and budget tracking
\\n• Arranging international travel itineraries, hotels, reservations and logistics
\\n• Supporting on hospitality arrangements for client visits, showrooms and events
\\n• Coordinating personal appointments, reservations, travel and logistics
\\n• Liaising with household staff, suppliers and service providers
\\n• Handling personal errands with care, sensitivity and discretion
\\n• Supporting family and lifestyle arrangements as needed
\\n
\\nESSENTIAL CRITERIA
\\n• 3–5 years of experience in a PA / Private PA / EA role
\\n• Experience supporting HNW/UHNW principals
\\n• Background in luxury, creative or design-led environments is essential
\\n• Exceptionally well presented and confident in client-facing settings
\\n• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\\n• Naturally organised, fast-thinking and able to pre-empt needs
\\n• Comfortable managing both business and personal support
\\n• Able to work at pace with accuracy and discretion
