We’re looking for a bright, proactive and personable Personal Assistant to support the Founder and the Commercial Director of a fast-growing, highly regarded creative agency. This is a really wonderful opportunity to join a dynamic, internationally recognised business operating across fashion, retail and brand development, with offices in London and New York. They work with an impressive portfolio of global brands and retailers, sitting at the intersection of creativity and commercial growth, and are widely considered leaders in their space. It’s a fast-paced, high-performing environment, but equally very down‑to‑earth and friendly. The role will support both the Founder and the Commercial Director, who both have busy schedules alongside family and other commitments. You’ll be there to keep everything organised and running smoothly, supporting across a mix of business and personal tasks. It’s a broad, hands‑on role and would suit someone who genuinely enjoys being a PA and loves a varied role, and is looking for a long‑term position where they can add real value. You’ll need to be organised, proactive and confident using your initiative, happy to get stuck in and comfortable managing everything from diaries and travel through to more ad‑hoc personal requests and errands.
The team operate with a very collaborative approach, and everyone gets involved. They also put real emphasis on looking after their team, with a strong social calendar, wellness initiatives and a supportive working environment. The role is four days in the office, with one day from home, and there’s flexibility around how you structure your day within a standard 8‑hour working schedule.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating day‑to‑day commitments
- Supporting with international and domestic travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics
- Assisting with inbox management and general administrative support
- Coordinating personal tasks, life admin and errands as required
- Supporting the Commercial Director with day‑to‑day organisation, particularly during travel periods
- Acting as a reliable and proactive point of support across both business and personal needs
- Assisting with ad‑hoc requests and problem‑solving as they arise
- Supporting wider team coordination where needed, maintaining a collaborative approach
- Ensuring both principals are well organised, prepared and supported at all times
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a PA/EA role, ideally from a creative environment but not essential
- Highly organised with very strong attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions‑focused and able to use initiative confidently
- Warm, personable and humble, with a team‑oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across a team
- Happy to support across both business and personal tasks
- Looking for a long‑term PA role
