  • Managing communications and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Supporting with ad hoc projects linked to operational delivery

  • Maintaining organisation and consistency in a fast-moving environment
  • There may be future opportunity to support or guide elements of the wider support function as the role develops

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • At least 5-10 years of proven experience supporting a CEO, Founder or senior executive in high-growth environments
  • Demonstrable exposure to business or commercially driven environments
  • Strong track record of managing complexity with precision
  • High levels of resilience and confidence in fast-paced, high-pressure settings
  • Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Calm, solutions-driven approach to challenges
