A values-driven and entrepreneurial single family office is seeking an exceptional Senior Private PA to support two principals whose work sits at the intersection of climate, conservation, AI, wellness, and social impact. This is a rare opportunity for a career Private PA with genuine seniority and passion to operate at the centre of a fast-moving, internationally connected household and lifestyle operation.
The principals oversee operating companies spanning AI, wellness, and boutique ecotourism, while managing multiple residences across the UK and the US. Working closely alongside the Chief of Staff and wider family office team, the successful candidate will take ownership of the principals’ private lives and the operational systems that support them.
This is a very much a senior Private PA role requiring exceptional autonomy, judgement, and operational leadership. The successful candidate will be expected to independently manage complex projects end-to-end, proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate, oversee household staff, contractors, vendors, and specialist providers, and work directly with brokers, advisors, and professional partners with confidence and discretion. They will also be comfortable reviewing contracts and agreements, escalating legal considerations where appropriate, and bringing in additional support when needed to ensure seamless execution across all aspects of the principals’ private lives.
This is intentionally a private-led role. The Chief of Staff retains responsibility for business strategy, venture operations, investor matters, and portfolio coordination, while the Senior Private PA owns the day-to-day operational rhythm of the principals’ personal lives. The role requires someone who can manage complexity with calm authority, operate independently, and approach private support as structured project management rather than reactive administration.
The ideal candidate will bring the judgement, discretion, organisation, and systems-thinking expected of a senior-level Private PA, combined with the warmth and adaptability required to support a dynamic entrepreneurial family. They will be comfortable coordinating across multiple properties and time zones, managing people effectively, and interfacing confidently with advisors, contractors, brokers, and external specialists.
This is a permanent, full-time position operating broadly Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, on a hybrid basis between London, Oxfordshire, and remote working, with flexibility required around the principals’ schedules and operational needs. The role requires in-person presence at the principals’ properties where appropriate, alongside occasional travel as needed. The package includes a competitive salary dependent on experience and the opportunity to work within a mission-led, globally connected family office focused on climate-positive and socially impactful ventures.
