We are urgently seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the dynamic Founder of an innovative and rapidly growing tech startup headquartered in King's Cross. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to become a key member of a fast-paced dynamic environment, working closely with the charismatic Founder and assisting the Chief of Staff where required.
The company is a stealth-mode AI technology startup operating at the forefront of enterprise automation and machine learning. Backed by leading investors and currently scaling rapidly, the business offers a fast-moving, mission-driven workplace which has huge potential for growth and impact.
This is a varied and high-responsibility role ideal for a career PA who thrives in demanding, high-pressure environments. The successful candidate will be a true all-rounder, confident managing a busy diary, coordinating complex international travel, and taking initiative on everything from meeting prep to ad hoc office management tasks. You will be based in the office five days a week and play a pivotal role in ensuring the Founder operates at peak productivity. Candidates with immediate availability preferred.
Duties include:- Provide day-to-day support to the Founder and assist the Chief of Staff where needed
- Heavy diary and inbox management, including prioritising urgent matters and managing back-to-back scheduling
- Coordinate complex international travel (frequent US trips), including visas, itineraries, and last-minute changes
- Act as gatekeeper and point of contact, ensuring effective communication and time management
- Prepare briefing notes, agendas and follow-ups for key meetings
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently
- Support with ad hoc office management tasks as required
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Be available outside of core hours (9am-6pm) to manage urgent matters
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a PA or EA in a fast-paced startup, tech or founder-led business
- Proven experience with international travel coordination and diary management at senior level
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs
- Tech-savvy and confident learning new tools quickly (training will be provided)
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Calm under pressure with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Professional communication style and confident liaising with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable in a high-demand environment with frequent changes and shifting priorities
- London-based and available to work full-time from the office, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm
