We are supporting a wonderful and down to earth UHNW individual in the search for an exceptional Interim Private PA / EA & Property Manager to provide hands‑on support during a period of transition whilst a longer‑term restructure is reviewed. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Private PA who enjoys bringing order to complexity. Joining at a pivotal time of restructuring, you will help create structure, organisation and continuity across a busy private life encompassing multiple properties, refurbishment projects, household operations and personal administration.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and solutions‑focused, with the confidence to take ownership and keep numerous moving parts progressing simultaneously. Strong project management skills are essential, alongside the ability to implement systems, streamline processes and anticipate needs before they arise. You will be a practical, resourceful and adaptable individual who thrives in dynamic environments and takes genuine satisfaction from making things run more smoothly. Calm under pressure, discreet and exceptionally detail‑oriented, you will be a clear communicator with excellent judgement and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a range of household staff, contractors and professional advisers.

Initially envisaged as a temporary assignment covering the end of June until the end of September, on a part‑time basis for 2‑3 days per week with flexibility. There is potential for the role to evolve into a longer‑term opportunity for the right person.

DUTIES INCLUDE
  • Acting as a trusted right‑hand support to the principal across personal, property and administrative matters
  • Managing complex schedules, appointments, reminders and ongoing priorities
  • Overseeing multiple residential properties across London and the UK
  • Coordinating refurbishment projects, maintenance works and property‑related administration
  • Liaising with contractors, suppliers, property professionals and service providers
  • Managing household staff and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day household operations
  • Supporting banking administration, financial tracking and document management
  • Liaising with accountants, lawyers and other professional advisers
  • Assisting with tax return preparation and ensuring key deadlines are tracked and met
  • Maintaining accurate digital records, filing systems and project trackers
  • Reviewing and improving existing systems, processes and workflows
  • Researching and sourcing specialist suppliers and professional services
  • Supporting technology implementation and helping improve digital organisation
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and occasional property visits as required
  • Providing practical support during an extensive handover period and ensuring continuity across all ongoing projects
  • Undertaking ad hoc personal and administrative support as required
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
  • Previous experience as a Private PA, Executive Assistant, Family Office Assistant, Household Manager or Property Coordinator supporting HNW/UHNW principals
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills
  • Proven experience coordinating multiple properties, refurbishments or property‑related projects
  • Highly systems‑oriented with the ability to create structure and improve processes
  • Strong administrative and financial acumen
  • Confident liaising with lawyers, accountants, contractors and professional advisers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technology skills and confidence learning, teaching and implementing new systems
  • Naturally proactive with a solutions‑focused mindset
  • Calm, adaptable and capable of operating effectively within a changing environment
  • Highly discreet, trustworthy and emotionally intelligent
  • Flexible regarding location and willing to travel between properties when required
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Available to start immediately or at short notice
