We're working on an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and discreet Private Personal Assistant to support an international founder and entrepreneur with a wide range of business and personal interests across Canada, the UK and Europe. The principal is an inspiring entrepreneur involved in a mix of commercial and philanthropic projects, including work within the animal welfare space, product development and international ventures. They travel frequently between Canada, the UK and Europe, so this role is varied and hands-on, with a strong focus on private support, lifestyle management and coordinating across multiple time zones. The position is primarily remote, with weekly visits to the principal's Knightsbridge residence to oversee the property, manage deliveries and ensure everything runs smoothly. When the principal is in the UK, there will be more face-to-face interaction, including regular catch-ups and more hands-on support. This would suit a proactive, resourceful and professional PA who enjoys variety, can work autonomously and is comfortable juggling priorities across different locations. Typical hours are 09:00β18:00, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility appreciated. The principal doesn't expect out-of-hours work, but values someone pragmatic and responsive when needed.
