Job Description
We are delighted to present an exciting new opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Private Personal Assistant to support a fantastic UHNW family. With multiple UK residences, an established family office in Central London, a new European property, a Motor Yacht and a Sailing Yacht. This is a dynamic and diverse role in which you will provide remote support to the principals, dividing your time between the family office and their main property, both in Central London. When the principals visit London, you will be required to work from the property and occasionally travel with them when required.

\\nA Private PA at the top of your game, you will provide first-class support across all areas of the principal’s lives, including diligent international property management, calendar coordination, travel management and support across all areas of their private family lives. This will include communications with the principal’s family office, yacht Captain and existing household teams.

\\nThis is a full-time position, with additional support required on evenings and weekends to address any urgent issues that arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for the full management of the family's home in London, their country house, including upcoming renovations, and, on occasion, their European property to oversee maintenance, liaise with contractors and the existing household teams, and ensure that the properties are correctly opened and closed during regular visits. Additionally, the Private Personal Assistant will help with the logistics and planning of family events and travel, ensuring a seamless experience.

\\nDUTIES TO INCLUDE
\\n• Manage the family calendar and resolve any scheduling conflicts
\\n• Manage household maintenance, ensure home upkeep, oversee contractors and household employees, manage payroll and prepare the houses for visits
\\n• Coordinate door-to-door travel and present detailed itineraries, negotiating the best deals and utilising reward currency
\\n• Communications with the principal's yacht crew to manage logistics and activities for upcoming family and guest trips
\\n• Project manage upcoming home renovations and relocations
\\n• Book personal appointments, including restaurant reservations and medical appointments
\\n• Oversee membership renewals for social, cultural, and sports activities
\\n• Communicate with existing household teams across the UK and Europe
\\n• Liaise with the family office accountant to forward expenses and payroll information for household teams
\\n• Ad-hoc personal errands and administrative tasks
\\n• Plan and execute events
\\n• Organise personalised gifts for family, friends, neighbours, and employees
\\n• Manage insurance for houses and cars, keeping track of yearly renewal dates

\\nESSENTIAL CRITERIA
\\n• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Private Personal Assistant for ultra-high-net-worth families
\\n• Maintain a polished and professional demeanour at all times, taking pride in effectively representing the principals
\\n• Confident in effectively adapting between the principal’s working styles
\\n• Able to work independently with an outstanding work ethic and proactive attitude
\\n• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
\\n• Strong organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and competing priorities
\\n• Flexibility to work outside of regular hours and on weekends when necessary
\\n• Commitment to absolute discretion when handling sensitive information
