We’re working on an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and discreet Private Personal Assistant to support an international founder and entrepreneur with a wide range of business and personal interests across Canada, the UK and Europe. The principal is an inspiring entrepreneur involved in a mix of commercial and philanthropic projects, including work within the animal welfare space, product development and international ventures. They travel frequently between Canada, the UK and Europe, so this role is varied and hands-on, with a strong focus on private support, lifestyle management and coordinating across multiple time zones.

The position is primarily remote, with weekly visits to the principal’s Knightsbridge residence to oversee the property, manage deliveries and ensure everything runs smoothly. When the principal is in the UK, there will be more face-to-face interaction, including regular catch-ups and more hands-on support. This would suit a proactive, resourceful and professional PA who enjoys variety, can work autonomously and is comfortable juggling priorities across different locations. Typical hours are 09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility appreciated. The principal doesn’t expect out-of-hours work, but values someone pragmatic and responsive when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the principal’s international schedule, including appointments, travel and logistics
  • Coordinating international travel across the UK, Europe and beyond, including flights, accommodation and itineraries for her and her children
  • Overseeing the London residence, including weekly checks, managing deliveries and liaising with contractors
  • Assisting with property-related tasks, including storage coordination and inventory
  • Supporting with international projects, including logistics, shipping and supplier coordination such as furniture and personal items
  • Liaising closely with the principal’s Canada-based PA to ensure seamless support across time zones
  • Assisting with childcare-related organisation when in the UK, including sourcing nannies or babysitters and planning activities and playdates before the family’s arrival
  • Booking appointments, including medical, personal and lifestyle, for the principal and family
  • Researching and coordinating travel, activities and experiences across London and Europe
  • Supporting with events, trade shows and ad hoc business-related tasks in Europe
  • Providing general administrative and lifestyle support and errand running as required
Essential Criteria
  • At least 3 years of previous experience supporting a high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth individual as a PA or EA
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Discreet, professional and able to maintain clear boundaries within a private environment
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing responsibilities autonomously
  • Strong communication skills and confident liaising across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Flexible, adaptable and happy working in a varied, ever-changing role
  • London-based and able to travel to Knightsbridge weekly
  • Experience coordinating international travel and logistics
  • Right to work in the UK
