We’re working with a lovely UHNW family relocating from London to Berkshire who are looking to hire a strong, proactive Private PA to support this next phase. This is a broad, hands-on role combining private PA, household management and operational support, with a real focus on bringing structure and organisation to a busy, evolving environment during a period of transition. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role where they can take real ownership and become a trusted part of a private household.
You’ll work closely with the principal as a true right-hand, overseeing day-to-day operations and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. With a house move, property search and longer-term build project underway, there’s plenty of scope to take ownership and make the role your own. Strong local knowledge of Berkshire would be highly beneficial as the family settle into a new area, particularly when it comes to sourcing suppliers, activities and day-to-day support.
The family are warm and down-to-earth but operate at pace and have high standards. They’re looking for someone switched on, confident and able to take initiative, make decisions and keep things moving without constant direction. They have school-age children, so previous experience working in households with children would be ideal, particularly to support with scheduling, coordination and recommending activities where needed. This role suits someone practical, calm under pressure and naturally proactive, with a “no fuss”, get-it-done approach. You’ll be comfortable managing people, firm but fair, and able to build strong relationships across a range of personalities.
Core hours are 9–6, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends around travel or events. The role is based from the principal’s home.

- Supporting with children-related logistics (scheduling, activities, travel), where required
- Handling ad hoc requests, problem-solving and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes
- Assisting with events, travel planning and general lifestyle coordination
