Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly capable, ambitious and energetic Executive Assistant to support two senior C-suite executives within a prominent UK-based organisation. You will work primarily with the Chief Corporate Officer (circa 80% of your time), while also providing more traditional EA support to the Chief Commercial Officer.
\\n
\\nBoth executives are shareholders and play critical roles within the company, with the Chief Corporate Officer being heavily involved in strategic operations and corporate decision-making. This individual will be your primary stakeholder, frequently requiring high-level coordination, forward planning, and the ability to act as a trusted extension of their role. The Chief Commercial Officer is largely self-sufficient, requiring support predominantly with diary management, logistics, and general coordination.
\\n
\\nThis role is ideal for a confident, proactive EA who thrives when given autonomy, responsibility, and the trust to act independently. You will work closely with senior leadership, often helping to create structure around fast-moving priorities, pre-empt needs, manage internal and external relationships, and act as a central point of alignment across the business.
\\n
\\nThe office environment is vibrant, collaborative and high-performing, with a sociable and supportive culture. Both principals are known for being respectful, relationship-driven leaders who build trust quickly and value their EA as a true partner. Based in the Farringdon office on a hybrid basis (typically three days in the office and two from home, with flexibility where needed), this role offers an attractive salary and strong benefits package, including private healthcare, pension contributions and a generous holiday allowance.
\\n
\\nDUTIES INCLUDE
\\n• Acting as right-hand support, managing day-to-day priorities, ensuring alignment on key objectives
\\n• Complex diary management, prioritising competing commitments and long-term scheduling requirements
\\n• Serving as a key liaison between the CCO, wider leadership team, and external stakeholders
\\n• Preparing documentation, briefings, board materials, and relevant follow-up actions
\\n• Anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues ahead of time
\\n• Providing operational support on strategic initiatives and business matters
\\n• Handling sensitive matters with discretion and commercial awareness
\\n• Managing travel logistics and handling administrative requests
\\n• Inbox support and meeting preparation where required
\\n• Coordinating national and occasional international travel across both remits
\\n• Acting as a confident and trusted gatekeeper
\\n• Maintaining internal and external relationships on behalf of both executives
\\n• Supporting cross-functional alignment and ensuring follow-through on key actions
\\n• Providing high-level administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
\\n
\\nESSENTIAL CRITERIA
\\n• Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives within a fast-paced, corporate environment
\\n• Proven experience providing high-touch support to a senior leader
\\n• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders with differing priorities
\\n• Highly organised and solutions-driven, with a natural ability to anticipate needs
\\n• Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and decision-making responsibility
\\n• Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence and professional gravitas
\\n• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
\\n• Confident at building trust with senior leaders and acting on their behalf where required
\\n• Tech-savvy, agile, and adaptable to changing priorities
\\n• Eligible to work in the UK, with strong, verifiable references
