This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a dynamic and globally connected Principal operating across multiple international businesses spanning technology, finance, investments and many more, whilst also supporting a fast-paced private lifestyle and family. The successful candidate will become a genuine extension of the Principal, bringing organisation, structure and calm to an ever-changing environment where no two days are the same.
The role requires someone highly organised, emotionally intelligent and naturally proactive, who thrives in fast-moving environments and can confidently manage multiple priorities at once. You will be trusted to work independently, anticipate needs before they arise and operate with a high level of autonomy and discretion.
This is not a traditional 9-5 support role. The Principal works across multiple time zones and requires someone highly responsive, adaptable and capable of managing tasks without constant direction. He has a clear and accessible communication style that works well for someone who enjoys taking ownership and running with things. You will act as a true gatekeeper and trusted confidante in a real 360 support role, managing everything from business priorities and travel to household logistics and lifestyle support.
The Principal travels frequently between London, Europe, Australia and the Caribbean, so the role would suit someone flexible and comfortable with changing schedules and occasional last-minute travel. Candidates must be London-based and happy working regularly alongside the Principal and family from their home in Knightsbridge, and also available for some travel.
This is an exciting opportunity for a polished, commercially minded and service-oriented Private PA looking for a varied long-term role with significant trust and exposure. There is scope for involvement in wider business development, relationship management and commercial projects for candidates keen to take on more responsibility, with progression and salary growth naturally reflecting any increase in scope over time.
The successful candidate will become a central part of the Principal’s world, working within an incredibly dynamic environment and building a long-term role with real variety, trust and opportunity.
