We’re excited to present a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Private Personal Assistant to support a digital creator and entrepreneur. This is a unique chance to play a key role in a fast-paced, creative household that seamlessly blends media, family life, and multiple business ventures. The ideal Private PA will be hands-on, adaptable, and confident managing both personal and professional responsibilities.
The principal is a well-known YouTube personality who creates lifestyle content alongside their partner and family. Together, they also run several growing businesses across fashion, beauty, and digital media. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring both the home and business sides run smoothly, acting as a true right-hand support system to the principal and their family.
This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in being the go-to person, and excels at keeping multiple moving parts under control. You’ll work from both the family’s home and office in Surrey, the core hours are 9 am-6 pm Monday-Friday, with flexibility to support out of hours when needed. No two days are the same, and a proactive, calm, and unflappable approach is key.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE
• Complex diary management for the principal and their partner across multiple businesses
• Travel coordination (domestic and international) including itineraries and logistics
• Providing calendar reminders, spotting conflicts, and managing last-minute changes
• Acting as a gatekeeper and streamlining schedules to ensure efficient use of time
• Liaising with accountants, lawyers, and contractors
• Household management including overseeing maintenance, managing suppliers, and paying bills
• Oversight of cars, insurances, and other family assets
• Supporting content production for social media and YouTube, including occasional involvement on shoot days
• Helping with school drop-offs/pick-ups in coordination with the parents and nanny
• Tracking expenses, managing accounts, and providing regular financial updates
• Event planning and coordination (both personal and business-related)
• Assisting with HR-related admin including onboarding for staff across various businesses
• Conducting research tasks for the principal and presenting well-considered options for new purchases
• Being available for ad-hoc errands and occasional weekend or evening needs
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Private PA within fast-paced creative or entrepreneurial households
• Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
• Tech-savvy with strong experience using scheduling and productivity tools
• Confident, calm, and patient with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and take full ownership of tasks
• Previous experience managing finances, household operations, or HR processes is beneficial
• Comfortable working around children and supporting family life
• DBS checked (or willing to obtain one)
• Full, clean UK driving licence and own car
• Right to work in the UK
• Excellent, verifiable references
