We have a new opportunity for a strong, capable EA to support a UHNW executive within a private office, with regular international travel throughout the year.
We’re looking for someone highly organised, proactive and confident, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across a global network. You’ll be used to operating at a senior level, handling complex and often sensitive matters with discretion, and managing a high-volume workload with ease.
Strong time management and prioritisation are key, along with the ability to stay one step ahead, juggle multiple demands and take a solutions-led approach. Attention to detail and a proactive mindset are essential. The principal’s life involves a lot of travel and spontaneity so expect constant last minute changes and frequent problem solving.
This role would suit an EA who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is comfortable building relationships both in person and remotely. The role is broad, with a heavy focus on inbox and diary management, coordinating across time zones and managing complex travel.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
- Complex inbox and diary management across multiple time zones
- Developing and maintaining systems to track priorities, projects and correspondence
- Drafting and managing high-level communications on behalf of the executive
- Coordinating complex international travel and itineraries, ensuring all logistics are managed seamlessly
- Managing expenses and supporting with basic financial administration
- Working collaboratively with a wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems
- Supporting with ad hoc projects, research and event coordination
- Assisting with internal team administration where required
- Taking a proactive and solutions-focused approach to all aspects of the role
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- 5–7+ years’ EA experience supporting a senior executive or within a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Highly proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable working outside standard hours when required
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel as needed, often with short notice
- Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong, verifiable references
