We have an exciting new opportunity for a discreet and emotionally intelligent Private PA & House Manager to support a UHNW Principal based in Belgravia. This is a senior, hands-on role supporting an international Principal who has chosen to base herself long-term in the UK. She is looking for someone bright, grounded and genuinely trustworthy, with both strong judgement and high emotional intelligence.

You will act as her right-hand person, overseeing the day-to-day running of her London townhouse and coordinating an established team including housekeepers, close protection, chef and driver. This role requires flexibility, loyalty and resilience, along with a willingness to roll your sleeves up and adapt as priorities shift.

The Principal has a genuine interest in fashion, so someone with strong knowledge of luxury brands or a fashion background would be hugely valued. Confidence organising and maintaining a well-curated wardrobe, and handling rare and high-value pieces with care and discretion, is important.

The Principal is keen to find someone looking for longevity, who enjoys being part of a team, can confidently gatekeep and is comfortable balancing bigger-picture oversight with the practical detail. Strong computer skills, sound judgement and absolute integrity are essential.

The role is primarily based at the Principal’s home in Belgravia, Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm, with flexibility required for occasional European travel and urgent matters outside core hours. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to step into a trusted, long-term role within a private household that values professionalism, discretion and loyalty.

DUTIES INCLUDE

  • Comprehensive diary management and gatekeeping
  • Coordinating domestic and European travel, including accompanying the Principal when required
  • Full oversight of household operations within a beautiful Belgravia townhouse
  • Managing and supervising household staff, ensuring standards and communication remain high
  • Liaising with contractors, suppliers and service providers
  • Overseeing household maintenance and contractors
  • Wardrobe management, including organising, cataloguing and implementing inventory systems
  • Managing personal shopping, appointments and lifestyle logistics
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact between the Principal and wider family members, lawyers and advisers when required
  • Handling sensitive personal matters with discretion and sound judgement
  • Managing correspondence, digital systems and maintaining organised filing structures
  • Providing hands-on, practical support across a wide range of ad hoc tasks

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Significant experience as a Private PA and/or House Manager supporting UHNW principals
  • Proven longevity in previous roles
  • Exceptional discretion and integrity as second nature
  • Strong computer literacy and tech-savviness
  • Confident managing household staff with warmth and authority
  • Emotionally intelligent, calm and resilient
  • Fashion-aware with experience in luxury wardrobe management preferred
  • Flexible, hands-on and willing to travel when required
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Excellent, verifiable references in hand
