As the company continues to grow at pace, they’re now looking for a Business Operations Executive to join the team and play a key role in supporting senior leadership and helping drive efficiency across both commercial and operational areas. This is a varied and fast-moving role that’s perfect for an individual who enjoys getting stuck in, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is keen to grow alongside the business. Reporting directly to both the CTO and COO, the successful candidate will be central to keeping things running smoothly, streamlining internal processes, and supporting client delivery.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. Experience working in a startup or fast-growth environment is a big plus, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. You’ll need to be proactive, adaptable, and happy working independently. An interest in tech or property tech would also be a bonus.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Help with lead generation, researching prospects, and keeping the CRM database up to date
- Assist in putting together client proposals, pitch decks, and other sales materials
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage client communications, and handle follow-ups
- Track the sales pipeline and report on client engagement activity
- Support the drafting of commercial agreements and related documents
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations team and leadership
- Oversee internal systems, office logistics, and manage relationships with suppliers
- Help organize internal meetings, keep deadlines on track, and support team projects
- Respond to incoming enquiries in a timely and professional way
- Keep records accurate and organized across platforms and filing systems
- Assist with onboarding new team members and managing HR documentation
- Look for ways to streamline processes and make workflows more efficient
- Jump in with support wherever it’s needed across different areas of the business
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- At least three years of experience in business support, sales support, operations, or administrative roles
- Highly organised and confident in project management
- Personable and presentable with great stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication with exacting attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with willingness to adapt and evolve at pace
- Open-minded and keen to make a meaningful contribution to the business
- Experience or interest in the tech or property development industry
- Located within a commutable distance to central Manchester
