Brand Home Hosts are the frontline staff at Bacardi Brand Homes, greeting guests and delivering exceptional customer service across tours, bars, cafés, and events.
Responsibilities
- Deliver tours and welcome guests into reception.
- Serve cocktails and run bar operations, including preparation and serving of cocktails, gin shop service, and replenishment of bar stock.
- Host Gin Cocktail Masterclasses and Premium Experiences, supporting new experiences as they launch.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks in the café, including bar turnaround for masterclasses.
- Assist with e‑commerce packing, set‑up and tear‑down for events.
- Operate till and perform cash handling duties.
- Maintain highest standards of cleanliness, health, safety, social responsibility, and licensing compliance.
- Adapt quickly between tasks and areas to meet business needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong customer‑service orientation and calm under pressure.
- Experience in a busy, physically demanding hospitality role preferred but not essential.
- Ability to develop and share product knowledge of gin.
- Fluency in English with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Team‑player, time‑management, attention to detail, and proactive self‑motivation.
