Brand Home Hosts are the frontline staff at Bacardi Brand Homes, greeting guests and delivering exceptional customer service across tours, bars, cafés, and events.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver tours and welcome guests into reception.
  • Serve cocktails and run bar operations, including preparation and serving of cocktails, gin shop service, and replenishment of bar stock.
  • Host Gin Cocktail Masterclasses and Premium Experiences, supporting new experiences as they launch.
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks in the café, including bar turnaround for masterclasses.
  • Assist with e‑commerce packing, set‑up and tear‑down for events.
  • Operate till and perform cash handling duties.
  • Maintain highest standards of cleanliness, health, safety, social responsibility, and licensing compliance.
  • Adapt quickly between tasks and areas to meet business needs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong customer‑service orientation and calm under pressure.
  • Experience in a busy, physically demanding hospitality role preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to develop and share product knowledge of gin.
  • Fluency in English with excellent interpersonal skills.
