YOUR OPPORTUNITY As the Marketing Manager for MARTINI, you will play a vital role in igniting the next chapter of growth. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a team shaping the future legacy of one of the world’s most iconic drinks brands. You will influence critical decisions that define MARTINI’s presence, relevance, and positioning across Global Markets. Within a proven track record in building brand equity through creating best-in-class, insight-led executions that come to life across the consumer path to purchase right through to compelling BTL activations and experiences. With a strong partner mindset, you will work hand in hand with Regional and Local Marketing teams to turn global strategy into flawless, locally resonant execution, winning at every stage of the consumer/shopper journey. With a strong design aesthetic and uncompromising standards of execution, you have a sharp eye for detail and a proven ability to elevate premium brands through world class execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creation & execution of best in class programs to win in lighter daytime drinking.
  • Responsible for shaping a diverse range of BTL execution strategies for MARTINI.
  • Building a deep understanding of target consumers and shoppers to inform brand plans through a clear connected consumer path to purchase to drive reappraisal, recruitment.
  • Lead integrated agency teams & cross functional teams to deliver brand & commercial programming.
  • Identify and scale proven growth drivers across our markets whilst codifying proven formula for growth through clear Codes to Growth.
  • Delivery of Best-in-Class executional excellence for Regional / Market Lookbooks, Playbooks and Toolkits that raise the bar on bringing Italian style and attitude to the everyday.
  • Partnering across the business to build and supercharge On-Trade partnerships and programming that engage both consumers and trade.
  • Ensure we convert consumer desire to trial by winning the menu for MARTINI Bianco Spritz throughout executional standards.
  • Unlock the power of advocacy and ESG to drive our quality & provenance credentials to engage and inspire the trade.
  • Working with advocacy teams and external experts to rebuild and reenergise influential trade through MARTINI Social Club.
  • Working with the Brand Director to build a long term portfolio and channel strategy mapped to our category and innovation strategy.
  • Drive the global annual planning process to ensure we have best in class plans to deliver our bold new ambition.
  • Manage and optimize an A&P budget assigned to you, placing bold bets on shaping activities that will truly move the dial in market.
  • Orchestrate an effective matrix working within and between Global, Europe, Market teams.

SKILLS

  • Significant years experience in Marketing with exceptional brand building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required; MBA is ideal and preferred.
  • Experience in brand management or agency experience leading multiple marketing projects.
  • Ability to brief and appraise strong creative work.
  • Experience in spirits, beverage, fast moving consumer goods business, lifestyle brands or at an experiential agency; luxury brand experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and relationship building skills with both external relationships (e.g. Agencies) and the Bacardi matrix.
  • Fluent command in English, Italian a bonus.
