We are looking for a high‑performing Revenue Growth Manager to help shape the future of profitable growth across our Global Travel Retail business. This role sits at the intersection of Commercial, Marketing and Finance, driving Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives that accelerate Net Sales Value, Gross Profit and customer profitability.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Revenue Growth: Lead RGM strategy and execution across Global Travel Retail, improve pricing, mix, promotions and trade investment returns, drive sustainable NSV, GP, and customer profitability growth, embed RGM principles into planning.
- Commercial Performance & Partnering: Partner with Commercial, Marketing and Finance to improve profitability, support negotiations with data‑driven recommendations, influence resource allocation through robust analysis.
- Analytics & Insight Generation: Build profitability analysis across customers, channels, brands and SKUs, develop dashboards and reporting tools, translate complex data into clear actions, identify growth opportunities through value‑chain and RTM analysis.
- Leadership, Talent Development & Capability Building: Champion RGM best practices, lead and coach a small RGM team, coach teams on methodologies, tools and ways of working, build a culture of improvement, collaboration and knowledge sharing, develop scalable frameworks.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross‑functional projects with measurable commercial and financial impact, coordinate stakeholders across markets, functions and leadership, deliver initiatives on time, within scope and with clear business outcomes.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Beverage, Retail or multinational organizations. Proven experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, Customer Marketing, Commercial Excellence or Strategy. Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, trade investment and profitability management. Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix environment. Experience leading cross‑functional business initiatives and changing programs.
- Technical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. Strong commercial acumen and business judgment. Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI experience preferred). Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complexity and influence decision‑making through insights.
