Responsibilities * Partner with key customers by building outstanding relationships in the Premium and Influencer On‐Trade outlets, understanding their needs, local consumer and developing and executing solutions. * Deliver on key selling metrics: Brand Distribution, Visibility in outlet, New Business, Promotion and Financial Targets. * Develop & manage sales and promotional brand plans for specialist customer base aligned to commercial priorities. * Act as business contact to deliver 360 solutions, resolving all questions/issues. * Responsible for winning new premium business listings, retaining and growing existing business. * Collaborate cross‐functionally with Marketing & Brand Ambassadors to host prestige events and execute 'best‐in‐class' brand activations. * Monitor & evaluate promotional activities against budget, conducting ROI analysis. Skills & Experience * Experience in Sales and Premium On‐Trade / Retail / Hospitality sector desired; activation experience beneficial. * Demonstrable track record of performance and delivery (results and/or achievements). * Strong (social) networking, interpersonal & relationship‐building skills. * Strong analytical, planning & time‐management skills. * Well‐developed communication/presentation skills (active listening). * Creative thinking.
