Your Opportunity
You will be an integral part of the Off Trade Channel Family, shaping our success by creating and executing compelling JBPs with your customer. Full P&L ownership, managing all variables to deliver the plan (commercial, marketing, supply chain, etc.). Taking on a founder’s mentality you will have the ability to challenge the status quo and drive positive change within your account and the wider team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver the JBP – price, promotion, distribution, feature, NPD and brand content, to have a best‑in‑class execution plan.
- Look beyond the outline trading plan and pursue new opportunities/ways of working to strengthen both the relationship and performance with your account.
- Partner closely and build alignment with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Brand, Finance, Supply chain, and other teams where appropriate.
- Develop and nurture core internal and external relationships required to deliver the plan, including S&OP forecasting.
- Activate our brands within your account ensuring that our brands show up above and beyond the competition and excite our shoppers and consumers.
- Manage and deliver regular clear updates to key business processes, e.g., monthly performance review, annual Bottom‑Up Plan creation, etc.
- Complete pre‑ and post‑evaluation of promotions and activities.
- Take a leadership role within the team and inspire the desire to build the team’s overall capability in collaboration with the wider channel, through a mixture of training, coaching, best practice and knowledge sharing.
