YOUR CHALLENGE You will be the feet‑on‑the‑street champion for Bacardi’s Agave portfolio, focused on discovering and activating new on‑trade opportunities in London. You will drive the performance and growth of Patrón Tequila & Ilegal Mezcal through searching for new business and supporting the execution of existing business.
ABOUT YOU You love the energy of the on‑trade and have a real passion for Agave and cocktail culture. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Wholesale, Marketing and Brand Ambassadors to bring our agave brands to life and execute best‑in‑class brand activations.
- Pro‑actively scout, identify and support new on‑trade opportunities for our agave portfolio across London.
- Generate new leads and support bringing our brands to life in priority outlets.
- Build strong relationships with decision‑makers to understand needs, concepts and consumer profiles.
- Deliver on key selling metrics: brand distribution, visibility in outlets, new business, promotional and financial targets.
- Work in partnership with customers, acting as a business contact to deliver 360 solutions and resolve all questions/issues.
- Monitor and evaluate promotional activities against budget, conducting ROI analysis.
