The Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of the CWT Transition and Unification program within Amex GBT. Position suits an individual with robust project management and leadership abilities, adept at executing migration plans to achieve measurable outcomes. Familiarity with Smartsheet is beneficial. This role is fundamental to ensuring the smooth transition of systems and processes, with a focus on proactively identifying, escalating and addressing risks, issues and dependencies throughout the migration journey.

What You’ll Do:

  • Stakeholder Management
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives and progress.
  • Engage stakeholders proactively to identify concerns, manage expectations, and build consensus throughout the transition and unification programme.
  • Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams, fostering positive relationships to support programme success.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for migration activities.
  • Track progress against project schedules, adjusting plans as needed to accommodate changes and mitigate risks.
  • Work closely with business units to gather and analyse requirements for system and process migration.
  • Document and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and programme goals.
  • Support change management initiatives, including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement during transition.
  • Monitor adoption of new processes.
