180 Degrees, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Youth Advocate for our Rochester Youth Shelter in Rochester, MN.
You will be a steady presence for youth ages 12–19, building trust, providing structure, and supporting daily living needs in a hands-on shelter setting.
You will collaborate with a team of case managers and support staff to ensure safety, stability, and healing for youth, including medication support and documentation.
On-site weekend shifts are required.
