Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Female Sonographer with specialist Gynaecology experience to support an ongoing weekend service. This role is ideal for a highly skilled practitioner with confidence in complex gynaecological scanning who is looking for consistent weekend work.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high quality gynaecological ultrasound examinations
• Undertake complex gynaecology scanning, including advanced diagnostic assessments
• Provide accurate reporting in line with clinical standards and protocols
• Communicate findings clearly to referring clinicians
• Maintain patient dignity, comfort, and confidentiality at all times

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Sonographer with relevant postgraduate ultrasound qualification
• Proven experience in Gynaecology ultrasound
• Complex Gynaecology Scanning experience (essential)
• Female applicants only, due to the nature of the service and patient requirements
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
• Excellent communication and professional judgement
