We are seeking an organised, patient-focused Patient Booker to join the Gynaecology team at New Cross Hospital. This is an on-site position supporting the smooth running of patient scheduling within a busy clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate patient appointments for the Gynaecology department
- Liaise with clinical teams, admin teams, and patients to ensure efficient scheduling
- Deliver excellent patient communication and customer service
- Maintain accurate records and follow departmental procedures
- Support the wider Gynaecology team with administrative tasks as required
- Must be on site at New Cross Hospital (no remote working)
- Experience in Gynaecology is essential either as a Patient Booker, Scheduler, or Healthcare Support Worker with exposure to Gynaecology services
