Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and smooth running of theatre and clinical areas.
- Support the theatre team during Urology procedures, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
- Prepare equipment, instruments, and consumables for procedures.
- Take and record patient observations accurately where required.
Requirements
- Currently practising, or has practised, as a Theatre HCA within a surgical setting for a minimum of 6 months within the last 12 months.
- Proven experience working in the NHS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary theatre team.
