We are currently seeking experienced Dental Nurses to support weekend insourcing surgical lists in Southampton, helping deliver NHS waiting list initiatives across:
- Delivering high-quality patient care throughout all stages of the perioperative pathway.
- Be currently working within an NHS trust in an Oral surgery service.
- Oral surgery/tooth extractions.
- Active registration as a Registered Dental Nurse (GDC).
- Recent post-registration experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery or on surgical wards.
- Preparing patients for clinics, providing support to anxious patients.
- Delivering sensitive pre- and post-operative education (such as oral hygiene and cancer care).
