This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced theatre teams in a well-supported, patient-focused environment while benefiting from flexible additional sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and smooth running of theatre and clinical areas.
  • Support the theatre team during Urology procedures, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
  • Prepare equipment, instruments, and consumables for procedures.
  • Take and record patient observations accurately where required.

Requirements

  • Currently practising, or has practised, as a Theatre HCA within a surgical setting for a minimum of 6 months within the last 12 months.
  • Proven experience working in the NHS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary theatre team.
