We are currently seeking experienced Outpatient HCA β Head & Neck (HCAs) to support weekend insourcing clinics in Southampton, helping deliver NHS waiting list initiatives across:
- Clinic preparation
- Clear communication
- Vital signs, phlebotomy, ECG etc
This is an excellent opportunity to join experienced teams delivering high-quality patient care throughout all stages of the outpatient pathways.
Requirements
To be considered, you must:
- Be currently working within an outpatient setting in an NHS service
- Have recent, hands-on experience supporting patients within:
- Oral & Maxfax
- ENT
- Dermatology
- Have been actively undertaking this work for at least 6 months within the past 12 months
Responsibilities include supporting with:
- Preparing patients for clinics
- Setting up equipment, instruments etc
- Clinic and treatment room preparation
- Assisting clinicians to ensure safe and efficient patient care delivery
