Join Our Team as a Gynaecology Outpatient Healthcare Assistant! Are you a compassionate and motivated Healthcare Assistant for extra shifts on the weekend? We’re seeking a number of dedicated Outpatient HCA's to join our dynamic team, providing essential care and support to patients in a fast-paced clinical setting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support clinicians during gynaecology consultations, examinations, and minor procedures
  • Assist with patient care, including chaperoning and preparing patients for procedures
  • Perform basic clinical tasks such as blood pressure checks, phlebotomy (if trained), and specimen collection
  • Maintain high standards of infection control and clinical hygiene
  • Provide reassurance and guidance to patients throughout their journey
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and administrative support as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2 years experience as a Healthcare Assistant in the NHS
  • 2 years experience within an Outpatient setting
  • A caring and empathetic approach with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a busy clinical environment
