18 Week Support is seeking a Workforce Delivery Consultant in London to own the candidate journey for NHS insourcing services.
This 180 recruitment role focuses on sourcing, engaging and deploying clinicians across the UK, without cold-calling, working with a close-knit team.
You’ll build relationships with Nurses, AHPs and Doctors, manage candidates through the lifecycle, and coordinate with Compliance and Operations to meet demand.
Hybrid role with 4 days in the London office.
