Are you a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant looking for flexible, ad-hoc work within a dynamic outpatient environment? We are currently seeking Bank Healthcare Assistants to join our friendly and professional Gynaecology Outpatients Team.

About the Role: As a Bank Healthcare Assistant in our busy Gynaecology Outpatient Department, you will support patients throughout their outpatient journey. You will work closely with nursing and medical staff to ensure that high standards of care are delivered, maintaining a safe, clean, and dignified environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of clinics and treatment areas.
  • Support women attending appointments and minor procedures.
  • Chaperone during intimate examinations and consultations.
  • Take observations and record patient data accurately.
  • Assist with stock control and general housekeeping duties.
  • Promote privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide compassionate, non-judgemental care in a sensitive clinical area.

About You:

  • 2 years minimum experience within Outpatient setting.
  • Currently practicing or has practised within Gynaecology outpatients as a HCA, for a minimum of 6 months, over the last 12-month period.
