Are you a compassionate and motivated Healthcare Assistant for extra shifts on the weekend?
We’re seeking a number of dedicated Gynaecology Outpatient HCA's to join our dynamic team, providing essential care and support to patients in a fast-paced clinical setting.
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Support clinicians during gynaecology consultations, examinations, and minor procedures
✔️ Assist with patient care, including chaperoning and preparing patients for procedures
✔️ Perform basic clinical tasks such as blood pressure checks, phlebotomy (if trained), and specimen collection
✔️ Maintain high standards of infection control and clinical hygiene
✔️ Provide reassurance and guidance to patients throughout their journey
✔️ Ensure accurate record-keeping and administrative support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2 years experience as a Healthcare Assistant in the NHS
✅ 2 years experience within a Gynaecology Outpatient setting
✅ A caring and empathetic approach with excellent communication skills
✅ Ability to work in a team and adapt to a busy clinical environment
