We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join a busy property maintenance team delivering electrical repairs, installations, testing and compliance works across residential properties throughout Norwich and surrounding areas.
Working as part of a long-term housing maintenance contract, you will play a key role in ensuring homes remain safe, compliant and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical installations, repairs and maintenance within domestic properties
- Conduct routine servicing, fault finding and testing of electrical systems
- Complete electrical inspections and ensure compliance with current regulations
- Replace sockets, switches, fittings and associated electrical components
- Identify and report defective or non‑compliant installations
- Complete job documentation accurately using mobile technology
- Undertake site‑specific risk assessments and follow all Health & Safety procedures
- Deliver a professional, customer‑focused service while working in occupied homes
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current industry regulations
Essential Requirements
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
- AM2 Qualification
- 2391 Inspection & Testing Qualification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong understanding of electrical compliance and safety standards
- Experience carrying out domestic electrical repairs and maintenance
- Excellent fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- DBS check (to be completed as part of the onboarding process)
