We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well‑established contractor for a highly skilled Multi‑Trade Operative to join their growing team covering Tower Hamlets and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out a wide range of major works in occupied residential properties and void maintenance.
- Completing carpentry and plumbing repairs to a high standard.
- Undertaking plastering, tiling, decorating, and locksmith works as required.
- Diagnosing faults and delivering first‑time fixes where possible.
- Providing excellent customer service when working in tenants' homes.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally, and within agreed timescales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Multi‑Trade Operative.
- Strong carpentry and plumbing skills are essential.
- Good knowledge of plastering, tiling, painting & decorating, and locksmith repairs.
- Experience working within social housing, local authority, or residential maintenance environments.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Full clean UK driving licence is essential.
- Company van & Fuel Card Provided.
